At what age would someone want to process dual purpose or laying variety cockerels?

They are buckeye, barred rock, and I think black copper Maran? They are 7 weeks old now.

I want to offer them on bYC free to anyone who could use them but not sure what age someone would want them

7 weeks and I’m from Maryland harford county

I would put them up now.
Some People start processing at 12 wks. Some when they crow. Some want to finish them on a certain feed. I process around 16 wks, sometimes 14 up to 6 months.
