Are they generally considered feathered out? I know it prolly ranges a little due to breeds and conditions.. But was just wondering, being spring is slowly approaching and my different age groups with start moving out of there brooders...

I've generally read between 5 and 8 weeks. I'd trust the 8 week rule. I had one chick who was not "fully feathered" until around 10 weeks, so there's also a bit of difference between chicks of the same breed.

All of my were feathered out by 6 weeks. Exception was my Light Brahma roo. It took him till atleast 8 or 9 weeks.
