At what point should I consider an assisted hatch?

I am still fairly new to incubating and hatching, this is my 2nd round. The first one went well with 10 out of 13 eggs hatching. My eggs are due to hatch Friday, 4-4-14. I woke up yesterday and noticed one had pipped. After watching it throughout the day, it made little progress. It has pipped through both membranes and the shell. It has been over 24 hours. I still see movement and from what I can tell without opening the incubator, the membrane still looks good. I am wondering at what point if any, should I consider helping this baby out? If it makes a difference, it is a banty egg. I have done lots of reading, I guess I am just looking for more opinions. I know that the hatching process can take a long time, I just don't know how long to wait if the chick does need help.

I just peeked in at the egg again, and there has been more progress made. I also noticed a little part of the membrane that has been exposed since yesterday has turned brown, not all, just a little part. The rest of the membrane, including the newly exposed membrane still looks good.

If I could delete this thread, I would. The chick just popped out of the egg!

Very good
