My incubators has been perfectly set until last night. Actually, I just figured out it was the thermometer and my error of putting it on a papertowel which was absorbing water and giving it a false read.
Anyways, I have been slightly increasing the temp since last night, (so probably working up to 101 over the course of 12 hours), then a drastic increase today (so up to 102 or 103 over the course of 2 hours) before I discovered my error.
The eggs are in the final 5 or 6 days...are they ok or did I cook them????

They should be o.k. 103 is a bit too hot, but not enough to do damage, especially since it was only for a few hours. It takes a long time for the core temperature of the eggs to rise/fall.

Don't worry. My eggs were doing ok until my fiance came home and thought the temp was reading a little low. He increased the temp and went outside to do yard work. By the time i got home the incubators were at least hitting 104 ! I panicked and pulled the lids off to cool the ambient air down. Luckily it was only for a couple hours and when i candled the eggs they were still moving around in there (about 11 days in). We agreed that he should just not touch the incubators after that :)
