Sorry, I read your post so fast that I didn't realize you had posted the age of your chicks. I saw that you had gotten guineas and was wondering if you would be selling some in the future. I had hatched out a dozen guinea eggs and only 3 made it. Out of those three, two them died, the one that lived is a male. Then we ended up with another male guinea, it just showed up one day. We have no idea where it came from. So we started looking for keets, but they were 1 to 3 hours away. To us it wasn't worth the drive. I also had noticed that you live in Blackstock which is only a half hour from where we live.
Also, everything I had read online said that I didn't need to feed baby chicks grit. And I was wondering if it didn't matter what age or food you feed them you can give them grit. That was why I had asked how old your baby chicks are.
