That is very intriguing, never heard it before, but it seems to me they are just putting of a beginning of something, by saying something was there that was turned in to something that turned in to something.....etc. What do you think?

Actually, I don't know if what I said makes any sense, I'm not very good at wording.
Google "it's turtles all the way down" for more insight.

But the grandfather universe isn't necessary. Our universe could have existed forever, no beginning just space and time. But if it's empty no time passes, nothing changes, and you can't measure anything because there's nothing to measure. Unless something leaks in from somewhere else. It might take a long time for thąt to happen, but "nothing but time" was never more true.

Or I suppose I should say why would we dream
For whatever reason humans in a "real" universe (with the same parameters) dream. Either because they evolved in the simulation, or because the creators of the simulation want to simulate life with the greatest amount of accuracy possible.

it’s kind of creepy to thi;k someones always watching me. but I don’t fully believe this because then I feel like people wouldn’t get away with anything illegal, because surely other societies don’t accept murder, assault, stealing, and the like
Idk.... games like GTA, COD, etc. are very popular because they are “fun” and you can do stuff you wouldn’t normally do IRL. So if it WAS a simulation, I don’t find it so hard to believe they would allow that stuff because we would be a “fun” game to them like how we run around and go ham in GTA :lau

I love the mountains too. The air is clear, there’s not much civilization, and you can look down upon everything and feel like you are bigger. But my heart lies in the jungle. I absolutely love the jungle, cloud forests, rainforests, and the like. I love people the humidity, the beautiful plants, the bright colors and green hues, the animals, even the rain
I don’t think I could handle the jungle. I HATE humidity and bugs and heat especially if the heat is coupled with humidity. :lau  I love the idea of jungles though. They fascinate me. But not traipsing through plants and bugs LOL

Because I didn't know what I was doing, as was just being cocky. I didn't believe it, so i went ahead and prayed to see if something would happen

And nothing did. Which might have been an answer. You weren't necessarily the only one who knew you didn't believe. Even if you had believed I don't believe your belief would have made a difference, whether or not your prayer was heard.
