Personality: She wants to be independent, but its pretty clear that she can't. She tries to be nice to people. Despite the way she acts, she's always frustrated on the inside.
History: Silvia used to be an average teen, but the bomb blinded her as well as gave her powers. She used to have a pet dog; she wants to find him.

Pic./Description: Silvia has milk chocolate colored hair cut just about an inch above her shoulders. She has greenish blue eyes that actually look normal. Still, she can't see a thing with them except for hazy outlines of really, really bright things. Silvia wears a red long-sleeve shirt and blue jeans which she had on during the explosion.

Oglan's Head spun like he was twirling in circles he was sitting down now.... (he had just been twirling in circles) he laughed as something felt all tingly inside of him. he stood up the world shook and wobbled with him. there were tons of new cuts and bruises that he had accumulated. He was beginning to wonder why was everything so quiet. he looked around What he saw when his vision refocused was terrible... Dead people everywhere. What had just happened?
