Shleya was taken aback. Who would want to date her? People might think she never heard but because of her acute hearing she could pick out the names they called her... Teacher's pet, book worm, nerd. She didn't really care but was this some sort of a joke? "Um," Shleya said a little akwardly and looking up at him. "I-" She tried but then fell silent. then she thought, how would he feel if she rejected him merely because she was nervous. "Sure." She said. hoping she could keep it together.

Jason felt a swarm of new emotions from Shleya. First Shock, then She was nervous, then, finally, She said yes. he wanted to pump his fists in the air and cheer but He remembered what Riley had said. keep cool. "Alright thanks. So? tonight. At sundown?" he asked gaining confidence by the second.
