Kelly reduced her pace to a steady jog, hoping that she would just stumble upon a city. It was alot of running and a stroke of good luck that she found a city that had an airport. She could imagine Shleya scolding her for being so careless and relying on luck to find her way and vowed she wouldn't do it again.

(Idk then, It'll be impossible because if you go into range of the cloak, then you cant use your power Kelly is trying to figure out how to destroy the cloak, she doesn't really know what it is but she'll figure it out eventually.... plus... i thought the government wanted to do tests on them? They might not want them to suffocate possibly.)
