Attack...bloody bird found and in shock suspected.

Hen has torn left lower waddle. The bleeding was substantial but under control. The waddle was torn down word and is hanging. The laceration was pretty deep and about 1 inch long.
Sprayed hydrogen peroxide which the chicken of course absolutely hated. Around the same time it seems the chicken started going into shock. Again bleeding is under control and no longer an issue. I suspect shock as lots of panting started acting disoriented, is having trouble walking, and was panting quite a bit.
Flash forward this morning, chicken still unsteady, did taken some water, but it's really not showing any sort of signs of activity.

Does she have a wattle torn on the other side?
I see her earlobe has a scab (yellow arrow). I would look inside her ear (black arrow/behind that tuft of feathers) to see if there's some pus.
Since the wound is involving the ear(s) this may be causing some of the balance issues.

No wounds on the other side of the head?

I would keep her quiet and hydrated. Provide some poultry vitamins that contain E and B1 (Thiamine) for a few days.

Your initial cleaning methods were o.k. but repeated use of peroxide can inhibit healing. Since it's been cleaned well, I would apply triple antibiotic ointment and see how it goes. If she gets worse she may have head/neck trauma.

Keep us posted and if you can get some clearer photos, that would be good too.

Isolate her in a dark, quiet, dry, warm place. But Not too warm! Apply triple antibiotic oint on her injuries. No further need to wash or aggravate the injuries anymore. Keep the injury covered with a Triple Antibiotic Oint.
Give her hydro-hen electrolytes.
Offer her an scrambled egg. You can also put some feed in plain yogurt to soften it.
Keep her hydrated tonight. Set your alarm for every 3-4 hours to give her a drink.
She has been traumatized.
Tommorow, if she has a flock friend, bring her for a visit. This will help encourage her to drink and eat and lift her spirits.
No dust bathing.
Good Luck Tonight.
Pleade keep us updated.

Eep! Don’t use peroxide anymore on fresh, open wounds. It has its place for gross old necrotic or extremely dirty wounds, or maggot infested wounds. but ouch! :)
Keep it clean and dry, with warm water and a little dilute iodine or chlorhexidine if needed. apply the antibiotic ointment 1-2 times daily, and watch for fly strike and picking from her friends. If you’ve got a quiet, safe area to pop her in until she’s calmed back down that’s probably best. If she remains disoriented I would be worried about further injury, such as a head injury.

Really? no peroxide on open wounds? do it all the time to us humans and saw on that online, but you got it unless I hear otherwise...

I have no iodine.

Good news, yes I did isolate...In a 5X5 enclosure on garage floor with shavings spread. I put a sawhorse in there for a perch...Untouched last night, just checking her now and she was perched! Most movement so far and positive sign.

So if all I read everywhere in general is correct, you treat a chicken wound more or less just like a human other than bandage, yes???

THANK YOU!!!

Also, from the picture, it appears that it’s her ear lobe that’s been damaged - which also increases my concern for a head injury. Once she’s settled it wouldn’t be a bad idea to gently check her over for any other injuries, as we don’t know exactly what happened.

yes, did a visual at first inspection...correct, ear...My bad....Ear lobe left side.
