Wash it off gently every morning and reapply neosporin. Keep it clean and dry. No swimming until he’s healed. Do the ointment 2-3 times a day
 
He’s doing so much better! We sprayed him with blu kote and I looked at the wounds today and looks like he hole is completely closed and has little tiny feathers growing in. I haven’t checked the other hole though. I will check later. I just put them in inside there coop because we got a thunderstorm warning.
