Attacked duck -- not major but pls help

Wow, you did a great job, but may I suggest that pick at it a little tomorrow and remove anything that looks like this:

That stuff is pus and needs t to be removed.

Alright, thank you both. Glad I did a good job--I was worrying that I somehow did something wrong lol.

I've used neosporin on turtle bites my ducks have gotten in the past, and it seemed to work, nothing went wrong when using it. But should I keep putting neosporin on it, or should I use something else or nothing at all?
