Attacked pullet

Looks like I have to do a cloacal exam. Haven't done one before. But maybe if I can see if there is anything in there, I can tell what's going on.
 
I can't believe it. Olive is starting to look like her old self. She was doing normal chicken stuff. I think the vitamins and electrolytes are helping her mood. She still isn't popping right, so I'm still concerned but feeling a little better.
 
At this point it has been two whole weeks that this chicken has been isolated. She's still not 100%. Everyday she gets a little more of her personality back, but her poop is still runny and whitish but sometimes yellowish. I tried the cloacal exam and couldn't feel anything in there. I don't know if I did it right. I'm at a loss.
 
I've read of treating blackhead with cayenne pepper. I have no reason to think she has blackhead. I don't know what's wrong, but I gave her the pepper today. She hasn't started eating normally yet either. And she is way less lethargic. At this point, I think she's getting bored and lonely. But again, how would I know?
