Attacked pullet

Wow...now her crop is impacted. Actually it is huge! Could this have been what was wrong the while time?? She felt squishy until today. I don't feel a wad. I'm worried it's impacted further along. Is there anyway to tell?

This is a product on the market designed to break up masses in the gut. You may want to look into it.

The only way to tell for certain if an impaction is deeper than just the crop is to open her up. That is not likely to happen in the home, so a vet needs to do it.

You should probably starve her for the night and see what is up with the crop in the morning. If tomorrow morning rolls around and the crop is still full, then she has a problem.
