ATTENTION: Brinsea 40 DX owners!

I'm trying to decide which Brinsea incubator I would like to buy and since I'm a very visual person, could a few of you who own the 40 DX model please post pictures of your incubator? Specifically the humidity/Temperature control panel. Thanks a million!

Also, if you were to buy one, which would you choose between the 40DX and the 20 Advance EX? I would consider myself a beginner as far as incubation goes, but I've heard that any of the Brinsea models are great for beginners.
