What would the offspring color possibilities be from Black Mottled over MF/Calico and vice versa?

How would those two patterns react to each other when crossed?

I am good with equine color genetics but I'm still learning with chickens!

You would get black mottled with a lot of leakage. As a rule, black generally dominates over everything.
Columbian usually does not have much affect on self black phenotype mostly they will turn it in to a Pseudo birchen type for example black sex link hens are E/eWh, Co/co+ and look somewhat like Black Copper Maran hens which are ER/ER.

So the progeny will look mostly black/birchen type with mottling

Interesting. So the MF/Calico gene would be lost to the eye in the progeny?

Thank you!

Mostly, this is how black sex link hens look they are E/eWh, Co/co+ Mo+/Mo+, your hens will be mo/mo
