Attention Muscovy lovers

Alaskan they have white to so pied

My favorite duck is a chocolate pied. I think she is very pretty. The white shows off the chocolate very nicely. Also, her chocolate is different shades on different parts of her body, which I find lovely.

looks like a drake to me, but gorgeous muscovy

:D she does have more caruncles than my other ducks, but she is a definite girl.

She finally started brooding! :ya

Edited to add: in the picture above, she is there with her last clutch. Her ducklings there are close to 4 months old in that picture, so just starting to get their red faces.

This is Jeffery Willy Waddles. After three weeks of antibiotics and rest he is putting full pressure on his foot and his feathers are growing back. He was hit by a car right in front of us while we were feeding him by someone that didnt even slow down.

This is one of his mates ducklings. We couldnt catch his mate she isnt as friendly as Jeffery. All of her 13 ducklings except this one has been eaten by hawks in the area =(

Jeffery looks great, means so much to have someone care. and that duckling and lil one holding it looks so sweet. Most scovy's are good mamas but how can they protect their littles from Predators with teeth, not very well actually. I guess it's the way of the wild keeping the population down. Still very sad, but glad you got a friend for Jeffery. How's he settling in to home life? looks pretty AT home in the pic. lol

She is very pretty! What kind is the white duck (in front of your favorite) with the black in its head?

All of the ducks in that picture are 100% Muscovy.

The others are the the ducklings that she brooded. So, they were only barely starting to get their caruncles. My ducks are all different colors, those ducklings were by her (chocolate), a blue, and a toffee colored (a predator got her :( ), and the drake is a light silver. All are pied.
