ATTN: Durham, NC You Can have chickens/rabbits starting April

Attention Durham city limit residents: in April you'll be able to have rabbits and chickens in the city limits.
I do not know how many but will try to find out!

General question are their restrictions to Rabbits and chickens. My daughter would like to have some laying hens but I can't seem to get any answers. Thanks so much
