Of mine. I've clipped 2 females and 1 male cause they aren't as attached to me as speedy and sugar. I might have to clip sugar's (she flew up onto the neighbor's roof and came back) though I do it because I live in a subdivision and don't want them accidentally landing in someone else's backyard with dogs.

I'm afraid to clip them because when I try holding them, they fly off.

I was too. I had my mom help, and we studied this diagram from @Miss Lydia. Then I would catch one, bring her to the picnic table we have outside and I covered her head/body with a towel or light blanket - it's more so she wasn't so scared. I held her close to me with one arm and gently pulled out her wing and directed my mom on where to cut and how high.

We had to do it 2 more times cause we didn't cut high enough to keep her from flying, but now they are grounded except for jumps and about a yard sticks length of flying before crash landing either in the mud or on the deck.

I am moving to a new property and all of my muscovies lives (4 months) they have lived in a inclosed run however I'm moving them into a opened / almost freeranged area. Should I keep them inclosed for a few days before releasing them?

You definitely want to keep them penned for a few weeks unless you clip their wings. They will try to fly back to where they are from until they realise this new place is home. Can you set up a temporary pen?
I held my muscovy between my legs and pulled their wing out to clip. I did it inside a shed so that if they got loose they weren't going far. But, it definitely would be easier with help.

Sure thing! I have watched many videos on how to clip wings and it has made me really confident.
