Thank you for your inquiry! I think he is really handsome too The issue with shipping is that I am not NPIP certified and in Florida that is a requirement to ship live birds. I would LOVE to ship him to the highest bidder but I don't want to put myself out there for legal trouble If you know someone that lives here that would be willing to ship for you, by all means please bid and he is allowed to go with the person of your choosing. I just can't risk shipping and getting in trouble. So sorry!
