I hope we get a few more... this looks to be coming a long nicely! Hopefully we can share pictures and recipes when the canned items go out. Its nice to see what others got and get the recipes for what we get if we want to try them ourselves!

I have lots of jams/glazes. I started some super hot corn and tomato salsa recently too.

but so far I have canned:
Peach Pie Filling:
13 quarts
5 pints

Peach Butter:
2 pints
1 1/2 pint

Peaches in Med Syrup:
19 Quarts
16 pints

Salsa:
6 quarts
13 pints

Spaghetti Sauce:
11 Quarts

Still need to make more Spaghetti Sauce, Rotel Tomatoes, and Chili Base.

I still need to get to tomato sauce, but definitely not enough tomatoes
