Augusta Maine Farm days July 30th TSC

Hello. My name is Anna and I am a chicken/backyard farming addict.

whew! There the first step is admitting you have a problem.

The second is attending the swap this weekend!

I am planning on coming this weekend (my poor husband) and as usual I have nothing to swap, but I an coming to chat your ears off and learn as much as I can in hopes of having something to share next year!

I'm such a silly newbie!

We are going to try to make this one. Not sure exactly what we will bring yet. Have lots to place soon. My work hours have changed and can't winter too many birds, so will probably have a truck load

Wish we could make this one but can't leave until later Sunday because Jonathan has a birthday party to attend.

Laura, do you still want some of the bantam salmons you helped hatch out? Got one blue salmon cockerel, one salmon cockerel (muff looks sparse so far) and 4 pullets (one really light). I think I have a couple younger blue salmon pullets in a different pen also, different breeding (Hattrick splash salmon roo over one of your hens!). I can bring them up next week or towards the end of the month if that's better. Hatched out a buff chick yesterday! I still have your crate too.

I think I will be at this one with a couple blue swedish ducks, 3 months old and also a bunch of my goats milk soap! Maybe a few chicks, not sure yet...
I will be looking for a few more silkies, my silkie roo just passed away today! R.I.P. Howard Fuzzworth
