Auntie breathing strange

My BR Auntie is breathing kind of strange. It happens when I pick her up, or if she runs around. It's kind if like there's fluid in her lungs. She makes a gurgling sound.

Any idea what it is? She's had it for a really long time, and she seems very normal.

How old is she? When you say it sounds "gurgling" can you be more clear? High pitched, low pitched, crackling, wheezy, whistling? Do you hear the sound on the inhale or the exhale? Is her breathing labored?
