Aussies vs. Orps...

Does anyone know if there is a dif between regular Orps and Australorps, there AUS cousins? Is it just a breeding thing?

aussies will out lay the orps from what i know..There a bit smaller insize but make up for it in there egg laying..

I have both breeds...my Australorps are larger than the BO's. Laying is about equal but the BO's are much more broody. The Australorps also seem to be a bit friendlier. Both of my strains came from Murray McMurray.
