Austra white gender?

Here is one of my 3 pullets at 3.5 weeks.

hi there. your babies are still to young to tell. i think it is about 8 weeks old before you can begin to guess. and that reason is because the comb will start to turn pink. so you still have a ways to go. looking forward to the next post.

hi. the 3rd picture i see pointy tail feathers...i m not an expert at this, but compare some of the byc pictures of the feathers. i believe pullets, females, are supposed to have a more rounded tail feathers. looking at the picture, i see a touch of pink- if it gets stronger...male, if it stays the same, possible female. i know my girl was a touch pink at 8 weeks, (freaked me out- a lot worrying went on) but never advanced into red until much later. (she was the first to lay) the 3.5 weeks are too early still. good luck.

I think the pink you are seeing is actually from the mulberries they where eating while I had them outside that evening
