Australians - Where are you all????

Thankyou so much for your advise. I think you may be right. One minute she comes running to me. The next minute she is running trying to attack me. Quite confusing. I did think it was for attention because jumps on the window sill. But here are some more pictures.

So should we get another hen at laying stage or a little one?
Thankyou so much for your help.

That's a hen.
Probably get two more. That way if one dies the other won't be lonely.
Get hens as close to your ones age as possible. If you get small ones then your one will pick on it more.

Hate to b a yes girl but once again I totally agree with Guinea! Gotta stop doin that lol. Had heard comb on roosters more forward on head but my girls combs meet their beaks so either wrong or for more junior chooks. Hopefully ur neighbors r n will continue to b patient...

Why would you want to stop agreeing with me? I'm fabulous

I suppose there is that. And since I agree with ya it's proof were right. But ya always get in first! But yeh that must mean I'm fabulous too so let's just accept that as fact n march on back the chook run with the dogs for another chook look....to b continued...

I work most weekend mornings.
Sorry to hear about your birds, Christie.
Orchid, like I said in your other post, I think she's a hen.

Although my old one does very well on her own. She doesn't socialise with the young folk and just mooches around by herself in the shade. Must be old age gettin' to her, she's very docile.
