Australians - Where are you all????

That should be fine.
I had some guinea fowl eggs that were on day 19 when the hen got off. I put them in the incubator over 24 hours later and most of them still hatched.
Mark them so you know which ones they are, put them under thunder and then candle them tonight and see if you can see movement. You'll probably have lost some but you could save some too.

But what If there are live baby chick in there.
Can you maybe take them to a dark room or make somewhere dark and candle them now to see if they're alive?
If you lived near me then I'd give you my incubator for awhile.

It doesn't take that long for me anymore. It goes pretty fast.
Christie, How are Thunders eggs going? Got any chicks yet?
I put 14 eggs in the new incubator last night. I am loving the auto turner.

Ray, You've changed your name! What brought on the change?

Hi Everyone, G'day Guinea fowl,

Just throwing a question out there: Has anyone started a "Mealworm" farm for your chickens especially any of you Aussies? I been reading up about it and it sounds really good and something that I will be looking into.

I have also found a supplier in Queensland and they will supply to all other states in Australia. Let me know if anyone is interested.

PS: From hot and muggy it is now very muggy and pouring non stop rain, quite heave at times. It is predicted that it will rain for another week. I hope it's not another flood around Brisbane area.

Aussie Lady, How are you holding up?
We're flooded here. I have honestly never seen our property so flooded. Our place is on a slope and the water is over my ankles everywhere. The creek is a raging river that has broken its banks.
We now have chickens in carry cages on the deck because their coops had water gushing through them.
AND IT'S STILL RAINING!!!!
If this gets any worse then the alpacas will have to go in the big shed, Theirs isn't doing such a fabulous job of keeping the water out.

does anyone have any orpington eggs or chicks or any silverlaced wyandotte chicks i want top add them to my flock they seem to be amazing chickens
