I have no idea what these chickens are specifically... I bought 6 chicks unsexed and from a guy that said they were “heritage breeds”.
It’s not really important, we just wanted them as pets more than anything, lost 2 to a monster python at about 10 weeks.... have these 4 beautiful chickens left, can only keep 1 rooster, but also don’t know what breed to find the roosters a new home???
1. Big white one - rooster, no idea what breed....? (Keeping)
2. Red chicken - rooster also, no idea what breed?
3. Black Australorp - hoping Hen, wattle and comb very red though.
4. Black with red neck - Hen, no idea what breed?

1, 2, 3 are cockerels. 4 is the pullet.

They all look like mixes to me. The pullet could be a black sex link. Cockerel 2 could be the male counterpart to a hatchery hybrid pullet. 3 isn’t an Australorp, he has the wrong colouring, they should be solid black.

Bugger, was hoping 3 was a pullet also...
The tail shape is quite defined, no saddle feathers at 15 weeks - not a chance it’s a mixed breed Aus pullet?

The shoulder leakage is male and the feathers should be much rounder near the tail, he’ll probably start growing them in now, and comb is just too red for a pullet of that age. Could be an Australorp mix.

This was my 6 month old Australorp bantam, notice how the saddles are rounded and tight? You can even see them on your pullet (n.4).
