Australorp not laying

Looked everywhere no eggs
Will get another chicken in the next week or so, 12 week old australorp. Not to sure how to integrate but.
My chickens do not squat when I go towards them they run to me.

Integration usually isn't hard, especially since your free range. Just make sure the new girl knows where to roost at night. You may have to physically get her and put her on the roost the first couple of nights. Just keep an eye on them. Little squabbles are normal, I don't interfere unless it gets out of hand or I see blood.

still no eggs from spice. She stands outside the coop when sugar goes in to lay. Still waiting to get a new chicken. Will get at the end of april and it will be 12 weeks old. Can I just put her with the other 2 chickens or should I separate them for awhile. Her food will be different too.
