Australorp pullets or cockerels?

Those sad liars maybe though it was a generational thing? Like every 4 gen. One chickens had a black comb

They definitely look like australorps in regard to their feathers having the green sheen to them. Don't know much about the Ayam Cemanis, other than that they're rare, expensive and haven't been brought into Australia

They may be Australorp mixes. The one looks quite dark faced. Which can happen from time to time even in purebred birds. What color are the soles of their feet?

I can't help with the breed aspect, but my Australorp boys were popping up big combs by 3 weeks.

From what I can see, they look whitish on the undersides of their feet.

As long as their combs are single, I'd call them Australorps.

They look single to me but I'm very new at this and am questioning everything!

Would love to see an updated picture of your girls. My australorp pullets had very red combs at your pullets age, so red in fact, I thought they might turn out to be Roos.
