I know it's early, it is about 6 weeks old. It stands taller than the rest of my flock. It acts differently as well, letting all the other girls eat and drink first, kinda checks on them, is the only one that has a pronounced comb as well.The lighting isnt great, but it is slightly red as well.

Im pretty sure it is a he, just want opinions from others with more knowledge.

Are those neck feathers not black? Australorp generally are only black with a bit of white feathers when young. I don't see anything rooster yet, give it a couple of more weeks.
 
Yea, he has a few golden laced feathers, so im not sure if maybe the breed is wrong or he is mixed. He has pretty bluish green tinge to his feathers as well. The other two i have have a lot of golden laced feathers, so maybe they were labeled wrong at the store. Here is a picture of one of the others two weeks ago to show her feathers.

They could be some type of black sex link.
