Australorp Rooster or Hen?

My wife and I are new to raising chickens and it looks like we have come across a hard to answer question. Is my australorp pullet a rooster or hen? It is just over three months old and has just developed a knack for some light crowing. I've read that some hens will crow, but am not sure if this is the case with ours. Here is a picture I took, any feedback would be appreciated, Thanks!
