Photo is a little dark, but I think I see two pullets.

I agree with Bantamlover21's guesses; #1 is a cockerel, the rest are probably pullets.

At 4 weeks it is really way too soon to tell, but it's comb is very pronounced for that age. Can you get us better pics, close-ups of the head front and side, try to avoid any shadowing.
