Brad.......so judging by the age(13 weeks) and size,it's grown a fair amount....so in comparison to your hen(which is full grown) this leads you to believe that this is a rooster,plus the comb and wattles? I never even thought of the age......it's still quite young and is rather big!!! Holy Moly! LOL
