Australorps vs. Orpingtons

I have both too, and have found the BO,s to be a little friendlier but a lot noisier than the aussies. Although we did spend more time with the bo chicks than the aussies so I think that might have something to do with it. I do know that the 7 aussie girls are laying as many eggs as my 13 bo's so while I'll probable always have a couple bo,s around I,m leaning towards my laying flock being mostly aussies and rocks because they lay better and eat less.
 
Australorp and Orpington definitely not same. They even have different names.
