Auto Bucket Cup Water Plans and Part List

I said a while ago that I would try and put some plans up (OP: https://www.backyardchickens.com/forum/viewtopic.php?id=580638 ).

Here they are:

Notes:

Part 1: This part you want to get in electrical PVC. That means that it will be grey and not white. This will just mean that the threads are striaght and not tapered.

Parts 4 and 6: Just regular Schedule 40 1/2 inch PVC. Used Schedule 40 for more strength.

Got all the parts from Home Depot. The scan of this didnt really come out that well. My edition of Solidworks is a student copy as you can see on the print and I cant make PDF's.

Very ingenious idea. I’ve never seen the water cups for sale in my area. I’ll have to do a google on them.

Oh and there are a few different ways to get a around the bulkhead transition. I just went to home depot and walked around the PVC plumbing and electrical isles till I figured something out.

I just made this cause I didnt really have the wall space to mount the cups in my coop and also I can take it completly out to clean or refill.
