Welsh harlequins, depending on the line. The hatchery quality ones are fairly sexable at hatch by the color of their bills; females have a bill that is light but tipped in black at the end. Males hatch with dark bills. It only works for the first day or two, and then the bill color changes and it doesn't work any more. It's about 90% accurate in hatchery lines.
In show quality lines, however, it's much less accurate. I have show quality lines and this doesn't work well. Holderread says it works with about 70% accuracy on theirs, and they have good quality lines.
Then there are some hybrids that you can sex by down color at hatch, but those aren't really breeds, they're cross breeds.
