In the works of getting all the wires run and set up on a thermostat. Going to install a single 60 w fixture in each one to help when working inside them and for better chick inspections. Probably going to set a radio on a timer to come on every 30-45 mins to wake the chicks up and get them to eat and drink more. The building is metal with insulated and sheet rocked walls. Also has a roof vent with a damper so it's pretty easy to heat and cool.
