Automatic Coop Door

Lots of things to consider... is there a specific direction you need the door oriented or a type of door you can't have (i.e. I don't have space for a door that swings out). What power source do you want/need to attach it to? Do you need a light sensor or timer or both?

The Chicken Guard All in one Door opener with gear drive is the best. Spend the money get away from the strings. I have had both and am soooo glad I have gear drive now. I used to have a lot of problems when we would get a little moisture and the string doors would freeze up and the door calibration would get off.

Spend the money, you will get all the bells and windows of light sensor, timer, etc. I normally run mine on time. Easy to calibrate.

I had a controller on a string unit fail under warranty they replaced it no questions.
