Automatic Door Override

Recently purchased a Rural365 automatic chicken coop door off of Amazon. The product looks like a rebranded version of one of more common programmable models with solar/timer and works great. However, I have not been able to figure out how to override the automatic door. Our chickens have only been in their coop for two days and have not figured out how to use the ramp into their coop yet. However, they also do not want to stay inside the coop when they can get outside (hence them jumping out the door opening as soon as we put them back in there). With a thunderstorm approaching this afternoon/evening, we would like to lock them in the coop, but cannot close the automatic door without totally reprogramming it. Is this a common issue with these automatic doors? It would seem so simple to put in a button to disengage the door and close it.

Not familiar with that door at all, unfortunately you might need to contact the manufacturer. My door can be opened/closed at any point regardless of time setting with a press of the button, but not sure how yours is set up at all
