I can not get my automatic waterer to level on my Duck tractor. It continues to run over...Any suggestions?

It's actually a horse waterer, I have it on the side of the Duck tractor and hooked it to the hose, it has a float valve and should shut off, but it's not exactualy level... I was trying to figure a way to adjust the waterer its self, so it would be easy to change each time I move it. It

gets moved often and the ground is not always level.

We use those too. Get 2x4's and build a frame for it to mount to that can help keep it stable. Sometimes you may need a paver brick set under it to help keep it level depending on the ground since you are using it on a tractor set up.

You may want to switch to something like this

We order them from Jeffers pets online and use them in our goose brooders.

It can free hang from above in the tractor and self level. They quick release to be cleaned as needed.

Thank you...Iike the looks of the hanging waterer I have 22 Saxony, My girls are quite messy, so I will have to hang the waterer on the outside of the pen. I suppose from a post. They are only in the Tractor at night.. For safe keeping. :)

Thanks again for all of the information.....It's people like you that make asking questions easy. :)

Thank's, I am still working on getting this right. and keeping the hose from getting hot, so the girls can get a coolish drink of water. The Texas weather is not kind to garden hoses.
