Autumn behavior changes?

My chickens are doing the same exact thing. They spend all day in the coop. I have to close the coop door so they get some exercise. No egg laying either. They have molted some but it seems to be done now. If I lock them out of the coop they act normal not doing their "freeze" stance like if they hear a predator or something but they do go to the coop door and want to go back in. Weather has been warm for fall. They will come out of the coop if they hear me open up the meal worm bag but after eating immediately want to return to inside the coop. What the heck is going on, this has been happening for a month now.
