avacados

hi i just found out that chickens cannot eat avacados. but what about the leaves of the trees? i live smack dab in the middle of a 5 acre avacado ranch. i started letting them roam about a month ago, they constantly munch the leaves. are they also bad? they seem healthy. please help me

The pits and skins of avocados are bad for chickens. The flesh (the same part humans eat) is fine. Sorry, don't know about the leaves, but if they've been eating them for a month with no ill effects, I wouldn't worry about it.
