ok what u do is go to your profile click on personalaty click avatar, click brows now find the file u have ur pic in click, then submit.

u may have to resize it in your file on your comp first. :|

OK did all that and after I click on my picture it says upload........I click upload and it says the pic is too large to upload. I already have the pic on my byc uploads and it's resized.........I just don't get it.

no no forget about your byc folder, go in your file on your comp, change the size there save it, then go to your profile and find your pic from comp. and upload it.

It explain that pictures must be no larger then 100 x 100 pixels and 15 kb. It also posts a link to a site that will resize the pictures for you.
