Avian flu or respiratory disease?

One of my chickens started to sneeze and have watery eyes, and sounds like she has mucus in her lungs. I have isolated her but my other chickens started to sneeze. How would I know if this is just respiratory disease or avian flu ? And is there anything I can do ? I have these chickens since they are hatched and I will be heartbroken if I have to cull them.

I will post a photo tomorrow as it is already dark here. The affected chicken has watery eyes about a week and half ago and sneezing. It has gotten progressively worse and now she won't open her eyes. When she does for a flit second, they are red and watery. She is not eating, I am force feeding her water and glucose and she makes guttural sounds like she has mucus in her chest. She is lethargic and just sitting down a lot.

Nothing new in the environment and the bedding is hemp as I have always used.

If it's avian flu they will all be dead by morning. It's most likely a respiratory disease.

It is most definitely not avian flu if it's been going on for weeks.

Just curious about this? My flock has respiratory disease and I’m down to 4 from 13. It sucks!

Here's what I recommend. I went through this with my flock in March.

Brew echinacea tea and sweeten with maple syrup or raw honey. Make this their main water option. If you can't get vetricyn, you can make your own variation or get a homeopathic Vicks which needs to have eucalyptus and peppermint essential oils, put it liberally on their combs, wattles, and between the wattles before bed. I also drizzled their bedding in the coop with eucalyptus oil and peppermint essential oil.

Give them scrambled yolks to eat or raw. I did half cooked.

Feed them their regular feed, limit other treats, unless they're not eating.

I didn't lose any hens, however my one Plymouth blue is still not laying, but she's had had other issues from when I first got her in may 2021.
