Avian pox and weird bump on chicks with pics!

Here are a couple of my chickens. What do you think is going on? There doesn't seem to be any other spots or issues except on their heads. The leghorn also looks like it has a dry vent. Any ideas? What should I do?

My guess is probably fowl pox, but the scab on the 3rd hen could be a sore from a sharp feeder or waterer, or possibly a virus. Fowl pox usually goes away after a couple of weeks with no treatment. Occasionally wet pox can cause sores inside the mouth and throat causing pain and loss of weight.
