Hello there and welcome to BYC!

Avian Super Pack is a vitamin supplement you put in the water. It is loaded with vitamins and such. It is not recommended to give high vitamin supplements to otherwise health birds too much. This can upset the balance of other vitamins and minerals they are getting from their feed. Most supplements are best used during times of stress, molting or illness.

But hang on to this stuff as I am sure there will come a time when your birds do need it!!

Thank you.. I live on maui and have been breeding and raising my own chickens for about four years now.. For the first time I am bringing in live chicks from the states .. they should be here Tuesday .. Don't want to take any chances .. They are some of Davis's line of Marans.. And I want them all to do great.. So you don't recommend the extra stuff unless I need it..
