Aviary length how many quail can it hold?

I have a 5 ft x 8 ft aviary...how many quail can it hold?

That's 40 square feet, so if you subtract about 5 square feet for feeders, waterers, hiding places, and sand bath, you have enough space for up to 35 coturnix or buttons. I believe that bobwhites or other non-domestic types require a bit more space, so up to 20.

No. Unless you mean 5 ft by 8ft high?

Quail aren't very big. Of course, fewer birds in that amount of space is even better.

I keep about 12 birds in 20 square foot pens.

I’ve kept up to 70 standards in a 4 x 4 play house…

Just depends on how you feel on space and stress of quail.
