Aviary?

I'm looking for guidance/ideas for a coturnix quail aviary that can be sectioned off for breeding. I'd like to try and build something natural among my chicken/duck run (which is already 100% enclosed, I can also block the view of the larger birds if that's an issue).

Right now I have 10 week old quail and another 38 in the incubator---so I'm thinking something for maybe 50 total.

Here is my aviary that I built a few days ago. It is only 4ft by 2ft, but it is inside the chicken run and attached to the coop.

I've read there are a lot of health risks keeping quail & chickens together in close quarters. It might be a better idea to build the quail enclosure farther away/separate from the chicken run.
