Awakened at 4:20 am EST!

My first chick! Others are pipping. Had me scared cause this is day 23 and I thought something might have gone wrong.

This one is LOUD though and seems healthy so far! (a whole 20 minutes)

Yay chicks! My last egg pipped tonight and is working on hatching as I type this.

How is your last egg doing? I had two hatch up til now (12:03 pm EST) and one almost out. Another 3 have pipped! Still leaves 7 more to go.

So far, one silkie, one half silkie - half americauna, one buff orphington, one wyandotte - at least according to what eggs were supposed to be.

I will be this old before tomorrow gets here.....
